Is Shop Class at a physical location?
No, Shop Class is meant to be completed at home or where ever you’d like.
Is there a teacher the student reports to?
No, Shop Class is self paced and has video guides along with written lesson plans.
Are the tools and materials included?
No, Shop Class provides a list of required tools and materials in the course description and relative price (can be different based on location)
Is there a way to speak with the instructor?
Yes, reaching out via email will get you a response as soon as possible, but if you’re looking for a constant interaction there is an upgrade option available to have a monthly online meeting with the instructor.
Are there more courses available?
Yes, There are more courses coming. As of Dec. 2024 we have just Woodworking 101 available, but multiple courses will open up in 2025.
